1. Returns, Exchanges, and Alterations
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We encourage you to communicate any specific requests regarding your order during the order process, specifying preferences or requests through our message conversation.
2. Pre-shipment Photos and Color Matching
We regret that we are unable to provide photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment due to the high volume of orders. To ensure color accuracy, please provide photos or links to items or colors you’re trying to match through our message conversation.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances since every item is custom. In the event of an item breaking during shipment, we have insured its value up to $100. You can submit a claim to USPS online to receive this insurance amount.
4. Rush Production
All orders will be processed within our standard 3-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed within 2 business days.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or stolen once handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding such issues. If your package is suspected to be stolen, you should file a mail theft report with your local police department.
6. Sale Price Adjustments
We do not refund the difference if a sale starts after you have placed your order. The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order.
7. Return to Sender
If a customer’s order is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
8. Care Instructions and Sizing
Please refer to the provided detailed size chart for sizing information. For clothing items, follow the care instructions: wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design.
